Role Overview

We are a fast-growing tech startup looking for a talented Graphic Designer to shape our visual identity. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create compelling design assets that communicate our brand story across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual content for social media, ads, presentations, pitch decks, and brand collateral.
Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
Create UI/UX wireframes and mockups in collaboration with the product team.
Produce motion graphics and short video assets for digital campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
Degree/diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Communication (preferred, not mandatory).
Excellent communication and collaborative, startup mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or web design.
Prior experience in a startup or agency environment.
